📋 TERMS & CONDITIONS — KAILASH PARBAT IPL PREDICTOR CONTEST 2026

1. Eligibility: Open to all residents of the Kingdom of Bahrain aged 18 years and above.
2. Contest Period: March 28, 2026 to May 31, 2026 (IPL 2026 season). Predictions can be made until 2 hours after each match starts.
3. Registration: One entry per mobile number. Duplicate registrations will be disqualified. All information must be accurate.
4. Predictions: Participants may predict the winner of any or all 70 IPL 2026 league matches. Predictions are locked 2 hours after each match's official start time. No predictions accepted after the lock time.
5. Scoring: Each correct match prediction earns 1 point. Incorrect predictions earn 0 points. In case of abandoned or no-result matches, no points are awarded.
6. Winners: Top 3 participants by total points at the end of the league stage (May 24, 2026) will win Kailash Parbat Bahrain food vouchers: 1st place BD 50, 2nd place BD 30, 3rd place BD 20.
7. Tiebreaker: In case of equal points, the winner will be the participant who registered first.
8. Prize Redemption: Vouchers must be redeemed at Kailash Parbat Bahrain (Dana Mall or Oasis Mall) within 30 days of announcement. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
9. Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced by June 7, 2026 via phone/email. Unclaimed prizes within 30 days will be forfeited.
10. Organiser's Rights: Kailash Parbat Bahrain (Jupiter Restaurant Company W.L.L.) reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the contest at any time. All decisions of the organiser are final and binding.
11. Data Privacy: Your personal information will only be used for contest administration and will not be shared with third parties.
12. Employees: Employees and immediate family members of Jupiter Restaurant Company W.L.L. are not eligible to participate.
